Orders, Returns + Exchanges

ORDER CONFIRMATION + SHIPMENT: 

  1. After placing an order on goldandsix.com, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address provided.  
  2. You will receive a shipment notification with tracking details as soon as your order is fulfilled.  *As some of our items are made to order, please refer to our processing timelines below.   
In the event you do not receive either of these messages, please contact us immediately at cs@goldandsix.com.


PROCESSING TIMELINES:

In stock items: 1-2 business days of order placement
Made to order items: 5 business days of order placement

 
RETURN POLICY:

We will gladly accept returns for store credit or exchange within 7 days of receipt of your order.  Items must be returned in new/unworn condition with original packaging and tags attached.  Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any return shipping or handling charges.  

Sale items are considered Final Sale and not eligible for return.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

We've got you!  Should there be a problem with your order, simply contact us within 3 days of receipt at cs@goldandsix.com for a repair or replacement.
